RETURN POLICY
Warranty and Return Period:
- Our products have a minimum warranty of 14 days and up to 1 year. Each product has a specific return period indicated on its product page.
- Customers have at least 14 days to return a product from the date of receipt. This period can vary up to 30 days depending on the product.
Returns in Case of Change of Mind:
- If you change your mind within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you directly.
- We process orders within 24 hours of placing them to correct any customer errors or changes of mind. After this time, no refunds will be issued until the returned product has been received and inspected.
Return Conditions:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will receive the return address by email.
- Products for intimate or sanitary use, as well as gift cards, cannot be returned.
Instructions for Making a Return:

- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item to the address we provide. Use a trackable or insured shipping service for items over £30.
Return Validation:
- Your return will be validated in two ways:
- We acknowledge receipt of the package at the return address provided.
- You send us proof (scan or photo) that the return was made to the address provided, such as a postal receipt or shipping ticket.
Inspection and Refund:
- If a damaged item is received, a photo will be required. Without a photo, the item must be sent for inspection before any refund will be issued.
- Once your return is approved after inspection, we will send you a confirmation email and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Refunds include a €2 deduction to cover payment platform processing fees.
Refund Processing Time:
- The processing time for refunds depends on your bank or card issuer.
- If your refund is delayed, first check your bank account and then contact your bank. If you still haven't received your refund after these steps, please send an email to sphere.plaisir@gmail.com .
Sale Items and Exchanges:
- Refunds for sale items will be made based on the sale price paid by the customer.
- Exchanges are only possible for defective or damaged items. For an exchange, please send us an email to sphere.plaisir@gmail.com with a description and photos of the defective or damaged item.
Gift Returns:
- If the item was sent directly as a gift, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the return once the item is received and inspected.
- If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be sent to the gift purchaser.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. They will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Use a trackable or insured shipping service for items worth €30 or more, as we do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
